THREE FACE POS­SES­SION OF STOLEN PROP­ERTY CHARGES

A TRAF­FIC stop has led to charges against three men for pos­sess­ing stolen prop­erty.

On Fri­day, RCMP of­fi­cers pulled over a ve­hi­cle pulling a trailer on High­way 59, near Birds Hill Pro­vin­cial Park. The trailer had been re­ported stolen.

As a re­sult of in­for­ma­tion of­fi­cers dis­cov­ered dur­ing the stop, po­lice ex­e­cuted a search war­rant at a house in the Ru­ral Mu­nic­i­pal­ity of Bro­ken­head, where sev­eral snow­mo­biles, an out­board mo­tor and a skid steer were re­cov­ered, RCMP said.

Neigel Ryan Noel, 49, and Cory John Oger, 40, both of Win­nipeg, have been charged with pos­ses­sion of stolen prop­erty and break-in in­stru­ments.

A 41-year-old man has also been charged with pos­ses­sion of stolen prop­erty. The sus­pect was re­leased with a De­cem­ber court date in Beause­jour.
