THREE FACE POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY CHARGES
A TRAFFIC stop has led to charges against three men for possessing stolen property.
On Friday, RCMP officers pulled over a vehicle pulling a trailer on Highway 59, near Birds Hill Provincial Park. The trailer had been reported stolen.
As a result of information officers discovered during the stop, police executed a search warrant at a house in the Rural Municipality of Brokenhead, where several snowmobiles, an outboard motor and a skid steer were recovered, RCMP said.
Neigel Ryan Noel, 49, and Cory John Oger, 40, both of Winnipeg, have been charged with possession of stolen property and break-in instruments.
A 41-year-old man has also been charged with possession of stolen property. The suspect was released with a December court date in Beausejour.
