IT HAS ITS PERKS
I was against the perk tax for employees until I read Mark Bonokoski’s article. I am now all for it if it applies to all employees. I will gladly pay tax on my 10%off jeans if the people employed by the Canadian people — the government, PM included — pay taxes on their perks like security details, all-expense-paid trips to tropical locations to discuss Canadian poverty, meal expenses and so forth.
