Makes about 1-1⁄3 cups (325 ml)

½ cup soy sauce ⅓ cup olive oil ¼ cup bal­samic vine­gar 2 tbsp Di­jon mus­tard 2 tbsp Worces­ter­shire sauce 1 large clove gar­lic, grated

Stir all in­gre­di­ents to­gether. Pour into an air­tight con­tainer, re­frig­er­ate and use within 2 weeks. —LC
