Action Asia - - IRAN -

As an Islamic Republic, Iran requires visitors to respect their dress code and customs: no shorts or sleeveless tops allowed, and women must dress conservatively following Islamic protocol, mainly by wearing a headscarf at all times in public.

Global credit cards are not accepted, meaning Iran is a cash-only economy for foreigners. Bring enough US$ or Euros to exchange in the plentiful currency shops.
