做法

1.燒熱平底鑊後下橄欖油,將煙肉片和蒜片炒香。2.加入煮熟的年糕、洋蔥、蘑菇片及白酒同炒。3.將白汁及水調勻後加入鑊中。4.加入適量的黑胡椒和紫蘇碎調味。5.滾起後,加入鹽與芝士粉,最後放入牛油。6.上碟後灑上番茜碎裝飾即成。
