材料

牛油果 .............................................................................. 5個羅馬番茄(切粒) ................................................................ 2個紫洋蔥(切粒) ............................................................... 113克墨西哥辣椒(切粒) ........................................................... 3隻芫荽(切碎) ....................................................................... 6克櫻桃蘿蔔(切片) ................................................................ 1條青檸 .................................................................................. 2個松露油.......................................................................... 1茶匙

做法

1.櫻桃蘿蔔切片,放入冰水備用。2.番茄去籽並切粒,墨西哥辣椒去籽後切成幼粒備用。3.青檸切成兩半,用青檸榨汁器榨汁。4.將青檸汁加進牛油果肉,用攪拌機打成牛油果茸。5.牛油果茸打成糊狀後,再加入番茄、墨西哥辣椒、紫洋蔥拌勻。6.上碟後灑上鹽及適量松露油調味,放上櫻桃蘿蔔及芫

荽即成。

7.可伴以玉米餅食用。
