Roast Duck is cut beautifully. The meat is tender yet chewy, and the skin is crispy. Milk Sand Soft Crab is really nice.
The dim sum menu includes steamed dim sums, fried dim sums, porridges and desserts. Cream Custard Bun, Crispy Durian Cake, Chilled Mango Sago Cream with Pomelo and Chicken Feet are all fantastic.
