Mosto mainly serves South America, Mediterranean and European delicacies. Different flavours and cooking methods are re-interpreted by skillful chefs in the open kitchen.

The founder and chef Daniel is an experienced cook. He moved to Beijing in 2005 and opened his first restaurant Mosto.

Daniel's idea is to create simple dishes by novel concepts. Mosto is more praised for the exquisiteness and balanced nutrition of each dish.
