8 Qi Nian has become an “IT” restaurant latetly. In this June, Duan Yu presented the hottest creation Yellow Rice Wine Preserved Crab.
To create this dish, Duan tested for hundreds of times and used 1,500kg crabs and 500kg yellow rice wine.
The restaurant also serves classic Cantonese, Beijing, Hunan and Sichuan cuisine.
The sweet soup made of osmanthus flowers and jujubes tastes refreshing.
