Bistro 321 is Michelin-starred chef Nicolas Le Bec’s culinary debut in Shanghai which offers French delicacies.

Dishes are mostly French-styled with elements from other culinary cultures. Signatures include Self-made Jars, Half-cooked Cognac Duck Liver with French country bread, Provencal-style Mushroom with Vinegar, Garlic and Salvia. Five-spice Meat Pie and Bath Chap and Knuckle are specialties. Also classics are Steak Tartare, Boned Pig Knuckle with Vanilla Soup, endive with walnut, apple and blue Stilton cheese.
