餐厅的空间有着巧妙的布局设计,5间包房可享受私密空间,2间酒吧是餐前或餐后小酌的好选择。主餐区以精致的中式木雕窗棂围绕, Hakkasan标志性的蓝色灯光点缀其间,呈现别致的中式美学。全球行政总厨唐志威是当年带领 Hakkasan勇夺米其林一星荣誉的功臣,上海餐厅的菜单也全面体现了他秉承中式血统,充满现代感的烹饪,回归食材本味而非强调中式传统烹饪技法。招牌菜鱼子酱片皮鸭,鸭皮酥脆松化,以俄罗斯鱼子酱的咸鲜提味,带出鸭肉的甜,丝毫不觉油腻。四式点心拼盘可一次品享4种粤式点心,虾饺、扇贝烧卖、韭菜饺及鸭肉饺都极具地道风味。酒单颇为丰富,尤其是鸡尾酒,均采用新鲜食材、自制果泥和手打泡沫、水果、香草及香料制成,不可错过标志饮品 Hakka 及 Zaocan Martini。

Hakkasan offers five private dining rooms, two lounges for relaxed cocktails or dinner and a main dining area defined by latticed woodwork, blue lightings and jasmine fragrance. Global CEO Tong Chee Hwee has a strong Chinese identity which is underpinned by authenticity rather than traditionalism. Crispy Duck with Superior Caviar is the signature dish. Dim Sum Platter offers four authentic Cantonese snacks. The wine list is quite rich, especially cocktails. Hakka and Zaocan Martini are signiture drinks here.
