用餐之前可以先去酒吧和酒保玩上一下“轮盘”游戏,点上一杯用料叫人惊喜口味却合理有趣的鸡尾酒。喜欢安静的则可以去书店找上一本图册,静静地看窗外的陆家嘴与外滩的车水马龙。菜单不大,用两套Tasting Menu,零点菜单不久前才正式推出,看得出主厨对于出品的稳定性有要求。主厨做的是全球食材与烹饪方式融合的新派西餐。一道罗宋汤能看出他对于本土西餐的喜爱以及对于烹饪的大胆。口味出人意料地偏清淡,却有浓浓的番茄味,让人印象深刻。招牌菜味噌银鳕鱼点击率很高,味噌的口味不会抢戏,一抹紫色酱汁画龙点睛。慢炖带骨牛小排是餐厅的新菜,来货新鲜高品质的牛小排在慢炖之后很讨亚洲客人的喜欢。虽有不少出色菜式,但整张菜单水准的统一性还欠缺一丝火候。

The Chef here is an expert of new western cuisine who is good at using ingredients from around the world and combing different kinds of cooking methods. The innovative RussoShanghai Soup tastes light yet with a rich flavor of tomato.

The signature Roasted Miso Cod is a frequent order. Slowbraised Short-ribs with Bonesis a new dish loved by Asian guests. Though there are paragon dishes, the menu is not unified.
