Madison于年前从汾阳路旧址搬到了淮海中路复兴中路口。如今空间分楼上楼下,楼上做Madison 的Fine Dining区域。而平时在楼下的区域依然会有以往餐厅中简餐区域的一些简餐菜品,并鼓励外带。菜单上有不少本土食材身影,点菜时可考虑。好比一道煎海宁两头乌猪里脊配炸猪皮,肥肉慢煮后再煎,有迷人香味,瘦肉部分则带微甜,搭配炸猪皮,是能体现Austin烹饪精神的一道菜。当季的秋天沙拉中能让人看到主厨的Fine Dining装盘与呈现功力,同时也看到他不是只会单纯使用本土食材,他对不同食材口味与质感的搭配在这道菜上显露无遗。Madison有着出色的酒保,点上一杯鸡尾酒是很好的选择。同时这里常常会备有每日鲜榨的生啤,每天限量供应,非常好喝。

The chef Austin is keen on local ingredients. The Seared Haining Black Pork with Brussel Sprouts is a typical dish that reflects Austin’s cooking philosophy.
