菜单上菜品均按主要配料分类,主厨独创菜品均标以“PP”字样,即主厨Paul Pairet 的名字缩写。烤面包和芝麻菜色拉加上一杯开胃酒,开启了一次美味之旅。面包烤得分外香脆松软,令人欲罢不能。法国吉拉朵生蚝口感鲜美嫩软,此时一杯Mrs Bund Kiss特调鸡尾酒搭配窗外夜景再美好不过。主菜首选“主厨独创”系列。主厨独创袋蒸黑鳕鱼出品形式颇有新意,食材装在透明塑料袋中,在客人面前装盘表演,汁水悉数淋入摆盘中,分子鳕鱼酥松鲜香。主厨独创酱烧牛长小肋排分量十足,口感嫩滑松软,酱汁入味,咸香中带微甜。甜品是西餐老饕和一众女性吃货的压轴大戏。主厨独创香浓柠檬挞以蜜渍的柠檬与柠檬挞搭配,口味酸甜浓郁。法式焦糖奶冻是考甜品基本功的法宝,焦糖恰到好处,奶冻也对味,好吃到令人感动。

Roasted Bread and Arugula Salad start a gourmet trip. Mrs Bund Kiss cocktail and Oysters Kumamoto make you feel good. Black Cod in the Bag is a creative molecular cuisine. Long Short Rip Teriyaki brings a big surprise because it’s really big and with tasteful flavour.

Lemon & Lemon Tart brings a perfect integration of sweetness and sourness. Crème Caramel is classic and amazing.
