China Game Fes­ti­val held in Op­tics Val­ley

The first China Game Fes­ti­val and Wuhan Op­tics Val­ley of China Dig­i­tal Cre­ative Tech­nol­ogy Ex­hi­bi­tion were held at the Wuhan In­ter­na­tional Con­fer­ence and Ex­hi­bi­tion Cen­ter, at­tract­ing more than

140 en­ter­prises and more than

200 guests in the field. Start­ing next year, the China Game Fes­ti­val will be held per­ma­nently at Op­tics Val­ley.

This year Op­tics Val­ley has be­come an im­por­tant base for the de­vel­op­ment of China's dig­i­tal in­dus­try. Fol­low­ing the Douyu Car­ni­val, the Douyu Su­per League Com­pe­ti­tion, and the China Game Fes­ti­val, Op­tics Val­ley will host the China Youth E-sports Com­pe­ti­tion and the China In­ter­na­tional In­ter­net Cul­ture Expo.

The East Lake High-tech De­vel­op­ment Zone fo­cuses on six in­dus­tries, in­clud­ing cre­ative de­sign, live broad­cast­ing/es­ports, games, VR/AR, new me­dia, on­line ed­u­ca­tion, and pub­lish­ing, and it ac­com­mo­dates over 70 per­cent of Hubei's an­i­mated game en­ter­prises.
