'Yangtze River Economic Belt' special stamps debut

Changjiang Weekly - - CONTENTS - By Hu Die & Gao Baoyan

The launching ceremony for the special stamps "Yangtze River Economic Belt" was held by China Post at the Yellow Crane Tower on August 26. Two of Wuhan's landmarks appeared on the stamps.

The stamps are designed to present the comprehensive development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The second of the six-piece stamp collection has a red bridge, the Wuhan Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge. On the fourth, a huge "calla flower" stands in the middle. It is the landmark of Future City — the building of Wuhan Institute of New Energy, the largest bionic architecture in China.
