Hubei Pro­vin­cial Mu­seum presents top Chi­nese ink paint­ings

A tour­ing ex­hi­bi­tion fea­tur­ing works by mod­ern and con­tem­po­rary Chi­nese mas­ters wasu nveiled at the Hubei Pro­vin­cial Mu­seum on Au­gust 26. The ex­hi­bi­tion show­cases over 50 paint­ings from around 40 in­flu­en­tial artists, in­clud­ing pieces by Ren Bo­nian, Wu Chang­shuo, Qi Baishi, Xu Bei­hong, Lin Feng­mian, Li Kuchan, and Wu Guanzhong.

The ex­hi­bi­tion isa project un­der the China Na­tional Arts Fund. All the works in­cluded in the ex­hi­bi­tion are re­garded as na­tional trea­sures and deemed too pre­cious to be sent over­seas for ex­hi­bi­tions. It will con­tinue through Septem­ber 6 in Wuhan.
