Me­dia del­e­ga­tion visits mil­i­tary sports train­ing cen­ter

A me­dia del­e­ga­tion vis­ited the mil­i­tary sports train­ing cen­ter of the Mil­i­tary Train­ing Man­age­ment De­part­ment of the Cen­tral Mil­i­tary Com­mis­sion of the Com­mu­nist Party of China on Septem­ber 5. The train­ing cen­ter is the first stop on a tour of mil­i­tary bar­racks around China.

The del­e­ga­tion in­cludes mem­bers from 12 me­dia out­lets, in­clud­ing Peo­ple's Daily, PLA Daily, Xin­hua News Agency and Changjiang Daily.

Ac­cord­ing to the mil­i­tary train­ing de­part­ment, nearly

10,000 sol­diers from more than

100 coun­tries will par­tic­i­pate in next year's 7th World Mil­i­tary Games. China's team will con­sist of 350 ath­letes and will com­pete in all ma­jor events ex­cept golf.
