Lead­er­ship train­ing pro­gram for of­fi­cials from de­vel­op­ing coun­tries

On Sept. 17, 41 fe­male of­fi­cials from 13 coun­tries, in­clud­ing Bos­nia and Herze­gov­ina, Oman, and Le­banon, vis­ited Wuhan Women's Home in Changqing Gar­den Com­mu­nity, Wuhan Fe­male So­cial Or­ga­ni­za­tion Ser­vice Cen­ter, and Wuhan Women's Gar­den. These of­fi­cials ap­pre­ci­ated the ser­vice mode of Wuhan Women's Home, and would like to bring this back to serve the women of their coun­tries.

This visit is a train­ing course of the Sem­i­nar on Lead­er­ship Build­ing for Fe­male Of­fi­cials from De­vel­op­ing Coun­tries in 2018. The sem­i­nar will last for 15 days in Wuhan. There are 10 days of the­o­ret­i­cal teach­ing and five days of hands-on teach­ing. Dur­ing the sem­i­nar in Wuhan, these of­fi­cials will learn about ef­forts to pro­mote en­trepreneur­ship and al­le­vi­ate poverty among women.
