XtremeAir GmbH is based in Magdeburg, Germany. As the world's most advanced aerobatic aircraft R&D and manufacturing enterprise, its featured product, the unlimited aerobatic competition aircraft, has obtained type certifications granted by the European Aviation Safety Agency, the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration and the Civil Aviation Administration of China.

The XtremeAir aerobatic aircraft has repeatedly won honors in world aerobatic competitions.

According to Zall, the acquisition enables the company to step into the global aerobatic aircraft market and provide basic aerobatics training for aviation enthusiasts. They will hold flying competitions and look to popularize aerobatics.

As Zall gradually improves its industrial layout, it will form an aviation industrial cluster integrating aircraft R&D, manufacturing, training and the operation of flying clubs.
