织外部的技术或市场信息。然而,值得注意的是,物流企业在创新网络的结构性嵌入为物流企业带来的更多是异质性信息,创新网络内部各成员之间所拥有的也是异质性信息流,异质性信息的稀缺性、珍贵性导致创新网络内部成员免费分享信息的意愿不高,因此物流企业在创新网络的结构性嵌入很难通过无偿获取信息来提升物流企业市场绩效。

综上所述,当物流企业以结构性方式嵌入创新网络时,接受技术或者市场授权、购买技术知识或者市场信息等方式成为物流企业获取外部知识资源的主要路径;当物流企业以关系性方式嵌入创新网络时,免费获得相关技术知识和市场信息成为物流企业从组织外部获取知识资源的主要路径。然而,这并不意味着物流企业总是可以通过关系性嵌入来获取外部知识,也不意味着物流企业可以放弃结构性嵌入而仅仅通过关系性嵌入来获得自身发展所需要的所有知识和信息。这是因为,关系性嵌入只能为其带来同质性信息,而结构性嵌入却可以带来异质性信息。

Abstract:Business model life cycles are getting shorter today,so the internal knowledge alone has been difficult to meet the needs of logistics enterprises in dynamic competition,and the innovation networks become an important source for logistics enterprises to acquire market knowledge and competitive intelligence. Actively embedded into the innovation network and strive to acquire knowledge from outside become an important strategic choice for logistics enterprises to enhance market performance. The way that the logistics enterprises embedded and the mode logistics enterprises acquiring knowledge are the important factors affecting market performance. Based on the perspective of external knowledge acquisition,the authors empirically test the relationship among innovation network embeddedness,logistics enterprises’market performance and its internal mechanism. It is found that the innovation network structural and relational embeddedness play a positive role in promoting logistics enterprises’ market performance. The media for the first one is paid acquisition;and the media for the second one is free acquisition. The relational one can only bring logistic enterprise with homogeneous information,and the structural one can bring them with heterogeneous information.
