The Mechanism Analysis and Empirical Test of Manufacturing Enterprise Cross-border E-commerce Value Creation

Abstract：The manufacturing enterprises cross- border e- commerce value includes such four levels as cross- border marketing，cross-border e-payments，e-customs clearance and cross-border e-commerce logistics. The value creation of that, which is a complicated and systematic project, will experience such four stages as the building of organization system, the coordination of value creation subjects, the formation of value creation objects, and value realization, which will be mainly demonstrated in cost reduction and performance improvement. Among them, the sources of cost reduction are the integration of ecommerce, the simplification of trade intermediate links, and the electronization of trade process；and the sources of performance improvement are the enhancement of enterprises’capability for organizing and operating, the breakthrough of enterprises’ innovative skill, and the change and optimization of foreign trade process. To cultivate and improve the enterprises’capability for cross-border e-commerce value creation, we should systematically improve the operational capability of e-commerce from such aspects as marketing, payment, customs clearance and logistics.
