Med­i­ca­tion coun­sel­ing in hos­pi­tals

Hos­pi­tals will set up coun­sel­ing rooms to teach people how to take their medicine cor­rectly, said Bian Baosheng, a deputy di­rec­tor of the Bei­jing Ad­min­is­tra­tion of Hos­pi­tals, on Thurs­day. People who don’t feel well af­ter tak­ing medicine, who are preg­nant, or who need to take medicine for a long pe­riod of time are en­cour­aged to con­sult phar­ma­cists be­cause, the ad­min­is­tra­tion said, doc­tors who write the pre­scrip­tions may be too busy to give de­tailed in­struc­tions.
