About 100 ban­ner-hold­ing civil ser­vants in Huainan ral­lied in front of the city’s ad­min­is­tra­tion of in­dus­try and com­merce build­ing on Tues­day to de­mand an un­paid bonuses, people.com. cn re­ported. Zhang Xingyan, 33, from Gangkou town­ship in Yueyang, kid­napped and killed two girls and a boy aged be­tween 8 and 9 on Oct 30 be­cause of a grudge against the boy’s fam­ily, ac­cord­ing to the intermediate people’s court of Yueyang. Zhang lured the chil­dren to a car when they were on their way to school, and then he killed them and left their bod­ies on the road­side, the court said. Zhang was also a neighbor and dis­tant rel­a­tive of the vic­tims.
