Shang­hai, Tai­wan bourses to sign co­op­er­a­tion agree­ment

The Shang­hai Stock Ex­change and its coun­ter­part in Tai­wan will sign a me­moran­dum of un­der­stand­ing soon to strengthen co­op­er­a­tion, the 21st Century Busi­nessHer­ald re­ported on Thurs­day. The Tai­wan Stock Ex­change said it wel­comes com­pa­nies from the Chi­nese main­land to go pub­lic in Tai­wan, the re­port said. It also quoted a cap­i­tal in­dus­try ex­pert as say­ing the agree­ment has been in the works since last year. com­pany, put its food spe­cial­ties en­zyme fa­cil­ity in Yix­ing, Jiangsu prov­ince, into oper­a­tion onWed­nes­day. The fa­cil­ity, the com­pany’s first in Asia, aims to serve global and lo­cal mar­kets and lay a foun­da­tion for the de­vel­op­ment of the DSM en­zyme busi­ness in China, said Jiang Weim­ing, pres­i­dent of DSM China.
