NDRC an­nounces power prices for off­shore wind

China, the world’s big­gest wind mar­ket, set prices of up to 0.85 yuan (14 cents) a kilo­watt-hour for power from non-auc­tion off­shore wind farms that start op­er­a­tions be­fore 2017. The power price for in­ter-tidal wind farms is 0.75 yuan a kwh, theNa­tional De­vel­op­ment and Re­form Com­mis­sion said on Thurs­day on its web­site. heavy rare earths and tung­sten at the same lev­els as last year. As much as 17,900 met­ric tons of heavy rare earths and 89,000 tons of tung­sten can be mined this year, ac­cord­ing to theMin­istry of Land and Re­sources. mer­chan­dise trade sur­plus, the SAFE said in an on­line state­ment.
