Vipshop posts Q2 net revenue of $829.4 million
Online discount retailer Vipshop Holdings Ltd posted a 136.1 percent year-onyear growth in net revenue to $829.4 million during the second quarter of this year. The US-listed company, which sells brand-name products in China, announced its unaudited results for the quarter ending June 30, on Thursday. Net income attributable to Vipshop’s shareholders increased by 192.1 percent to $26.4 million from $9 million in same period of 2013. The net income margin increased to 3.2 percent from 2.6 percent year-on-year.
