Hengyuanx­i­ang’s e-com­merce rev­enue

in 2015

“The mu­si­cal was per­formed in Septem­ber 2015 in Shang­hai and it achieved great suc­cess. Now, we are in dis­cus­sions with coun­ter­parts from the United States, United King­dom, Is­rael and Italy be­cause we want to bring this mu­si­cal to global au­di­ences,” said Chen Zhongwei, gen­eral man­ager of Hengyuanx­i­ang Group.

“We are also look­ing to il­lus­trate Hengyuanx­i­ang’s rich his­tory by be­ing in­volved in a va­ri­ety of other per­for­mances in­clud­ing TV dra­mas, movies, and plays,” Chen added.

Apart from the arts and cul­ture scene, Hengyuanx­i­ang is also well-known for its in­volve­ment in var­i­ous char­i­ta­ble ac­tiv­i­ties, such as a sig­nif­i­cant do­na­tion to vic­tims of the Sichuan Earth­quake in 2008, as well as be­ing one of the spon­sors of the Bei­jing Olympic Games in the same year.

Most re­cently, in April 2015, Hengyuanx­i­ang spon­sored and held the Lau­reus World Sports Awards — also known as the Os­cars in the sport­ing world — in Shang­hai. This was
