Dabing or Shanghai pancake
Often dubbed the “big brother” of the “big four”, this snack usually only comes in two shapes which indicate what they are filled with. The round ones are stuffed with melted sugar and white sesame while the rectangular ones are salty and sometimes filled with green onions.
