Indonesia to export more fish for price

China Daily (Canada) - - BUSINESS -

Indonesian will ship more fish overseas to increase domestic prices on the market as output increases significantly due to a decline in illegal fishing. Indonesian CoordinatorMinister forMaritime Rizal Ramli said on Tuesday that the government plans to add the number of sea ports facilitating fish export across the country. Indonesia has a large territory, but only three sea ports facilitating fish exports so that the cost of transport to the export gates is high and the period of shipment is also long.
