Nokia fi­nal­izes takeover ofWithings

Fin­nish tele­coms firm Nokia Oyj has fi­nal­ized the ac­qui­si­tion of French dig­i­tal health firm Withings SA, which will now be­come part of a new Nokia off­shoot led by Cedric Hutch­ings, the for­mer Withings CEO. Set up in 2014, Nokia Tech­nolo­gies fo­cuses on dig­i­tal health, dig­i­tal me­dia, brand and patent li­cens­ing.
