Wellhope Agri-tech Joint Stock held a signing ceremony on April 29 with Sekar Bumi Tbk, which belongs to Indonesian Sekar Group, to set up a company. The new company deals with aquatic feed processing, cultivation and trade.

Jin Weidong, president at Wellhope Agri-tech, said at the ceremony: “I think we are very fortunate to find a partner with the same ancestry to start new business in Indonesia together.”

Jin said his company will work to seize the golden cooperation opportunity. Wellhope Agri-tech and Sekar Group communicated and visited each other for nearly half a year before signing the cooperation agreement.
