Why world launches startups in China

China Daily European Weekly - - Business -

Enterprising individuals from across the globe seek to maximize potential of the country’s pro-entrepreneurship policy

Editor’s Note: Talented expatriates with entrepreneurial aspirations probably never had it so good anywhere on this planet. The government drive for mass entrepreneurship, manufacturing upgrade and cutting-edge innovation makes China exciting and rewarding, not just for its citizens but even foreign nationals. Anyone with enterprise, ideas and a burning desire to excel in a field can seek to benefit from a slew of supportive government policies and initiatives. For instance, the Belt and Road Initiative has created new opportunities on an unprecedented scale across economic sectors and industries. Arguably, the benefits of this inclusive policy support will accrue not just to China, but the world.

Hundreds of entrepreneurial expats attend a talent expo in Guiyang, Guizhou province.
