Crude quota set for non-State firms

China has set its 2017 crude oil im­port quota for non-State com­pa­nies at 87.6 mil­lion met­ric tons, or 1.75 mil­lion bar­rels per day, the Min­istry of Com­merce said on Thurs­day. The 2017 quota is un­changed from the 2016 fig­ure.
