Plan for in­tel­li­gent man­u­fac­tur­ing

The Min­istry of In­dus­try and In­for­ma­tion Tech­nol­ogy re­leased a five-year blue­print for in­tel­li­gent man­u­fac­tur­ing (2016-20) on Wed­nes­day. The plan aims to gen­er­ate new growth and im­prove the man­u­fac­tur­ing sec­tor of China by de­vel­op­ing in­tel­li­gent man­u­fac­tur­ing. Ac­cord­ing to the plan, dig­i­tal man­u­fac­tur­ing will be im­ple­mented in key ar­eas of tra­di­tional man­u­fac­tur­ing in­dus­try by 2020, and China will ba­si­cally es­tab­lish the in­tel­li­gent man­u­fac­tur­ing sup­port sys­tem by 2025. tares) of grapes by 2020, with 600,000 mu in­tended for wine-mak­ing.
