Au­to­mo­bile ex­ports from South Korea rose for the first time in 13 months in Novem­ber as ma­jor car man­u­fac­tur­ers set­tled on an an­nual pay ne­go­ti­a­tion be­tween la­bor and man­age­ments, a govern­ment re­port showed on Thurs­day.
