Murray brothers on top of the world
Britain’s Andy Murray capped a stellar season by being named alongside his brother, Jamie, as International Tennis Federation World Champion on Tuesday.
It is the first time two brothers have been named as men’s singles and doubles world champions in the same year.
Angelique Kerber won the women’s award, becoming the first German to earn the prize since Steffi Graf in 1996.
Murray sealed the year-end No 1 singles ranking after defeating Novak Djokovic to win the ATP World Tour Finals in London.
