Brazil ex­pect­ing trade sur­plus

Brazil’s For­eign Trade As­so­ci­a­tion an­nounced on Wednesday that the coun­try is ex­pected to reg­is­ter a record trade sur­plus of $51.6 bil­lion in 2017. Brazil’s high­est an­nual trade sur­plus be­fore that was in 2006, when it hit $46.5 bil­lion. The trade as­so­ci­a­tion said it be­lieved Brazil’s ex­ports would to­tal $197.3 bil­lion next year .
