Woman bathed but didn’t pay

A mi­grant worker in Ma’an­shan city who is ac­cused of break­ing into ho­tel rooms to bathe has been de­tained. The 27-yearold woman, sur­named Fan, was al­legedly caught us­ing a ho­tel’s fa­cil­i­ties without pay­ing for them, prompt­ing the ho­tel man­ager to call the police. Fan, who is from Huainan city, told police she was try­ing to save on the wa­ter bill at her rented ac­com­mo­da­tion. knocked down vil­lage Party chief Zhang Huan­shui and an­other vil­lager named Liu Jun. Xu was dead when traf­fic police ar­rived on the scene. Liu and Zhang, who was se­ri­ously wounded, were hos­pi­tal­ized. Zhang Bingchen claims he is owed more than 1.65 mil­lion yuan ($237,000) by the com­pany in­volved in the case, which re­sponded that Zhang was paid by a part­ner in the com­pany who died in Au­gust last year.
