Pol­icy to pro­mote in­vest­ment projects

The ex­ec­u­tive meet­ing of the State Coun­cil has re­leased a cat­a­logue of in­vest­ment projects re­quir­ing gov­ern­ment ap­proval, the third re­vised ver­sion of the cat­a­logue. The new cat­a­logue has can­celed or del­e­gated to lower-level au­thor­i­ties 17 ap­proval items for en­ter­prise in­vest- Three min­istries and de­part­ments, in­clud­ing the State Post Bureau, the Min­istry of Pub­lic Se­cu­rity and the Min­istry of State Se­cu­rity, have jointly is­sued a guide­line on ar­ti­cles pro­hib­ited for de­liv­ery re­cently, which is a newly re­vised ver­sion of the reg­u­la­tion from 2007. Based on the rel­e­vant laws and reg­u­la­tions, such as the Danger­ous Chem­istry Cat­a­logue, the new reg­u­la­tion has in­creased the num­ber of items that it is pro­hib­ited to de­liver from 58 to 188.
