Sino-Rus­sian naval ma­neu­vers to start on Fri­day

The first stage of Sino-Rus­sian naval ex­er­cises — Joint Sea 2017 — will be­gin in the Baltic Sea on Fri­day. Ten ships and 10 air­craft will par­tic­i­pate in the week­long drill. The Chi­nese naval flotilla, com­pris­ing the CNS the CNS and the CNS

set off for the ex­er­cises from their home port in Sanya, Hainan province, on June 18. In ad­di­tion to strength­en­ing naval pre­pared­ness, the ma­neu­vers are also aimed at en­hanc­ing co­op­er­a­tion be­tween Rus­sian and Chi­nese forces. will be used in the race, with pi­lots try­ing to fly around a set course as fast as pos­si­ble. Races are also planned in cities in­clud­ing Bei­jing and Chengdu, Sichuan province.
