Two fa­tal­i­ties in de­mo­li­tion ac­ci­dent

Two peo­ple died dur­ing the de­mo­li­tion of a mul­ti­story build­ing on Fri­day af­ter­noon, a lo­cal news por­tal re­ported. The ac­ci­dent oc­curred when the build­ing, in Jiad­ing district, was be­ing de­mol­ished and fell onto a neigh­bor­ing ho­tel, trap­ping an un­known num­ber of peo­ple, ac­cord­ing to a re­port by Xin­min.cn. Four peo­ple had been res­cued from rub­ble as of 8:38 pm, but two of them died on the way to hos­pi­tal, the re­port said. Canin cat food on the e-com­merce plat­form, a court ruled on Thurs­day. The rul­ing is the first of its kind in China. The Fengx­ian district court ruled that the shop dam­aged the rep­u­ta­tion of Taobao and de­manded that the de­fen­dant, a man sur­named Yao, pay the com­pen­sa­tion within 10 days.
