BRICS la­bor min­is­ters to dis­cuss skills-training plan

La­bor min­is­ters from the BRICS coun­tries — Brazil, Rus­sia, In­dia, China and South Africa — will meet in Chongqing on Wed­nes­day and Thurs­day. At the meet­ing, China will join the other mem­bers in draft­ing a skills-training plan, ac­cord­ing to the Min­istry of Hu­man Re­sources and So­cial Se­cu­rity. The plan is aimed at al­le­vi­at­ing poverty and en­hanc­ing co­op­er­a­tion among BRICS em­ploy­ment re­search or­ga­ni­za­tions. in­dus­try pock­eted 82 bil­lion yuan ($12 bil­lion) last year, up 59 per­cent year-on-year, ac­cord­ing to the China Au­dio-Video and Dig­i­tal Pub­lish­ing As­so­ci­a­tion.
