Work safety chief’s name deleted

Yang Huan­ning, head of the State Ad­min­is­tra­tion of Work Safety, has had his name deleted from the lead­er­ship in­for­ma­tion on the ad­min­is­tra­tion’s web­site. The cur­rent sta­tus of 60-year-old Yang, who had a long ca­reer at the Min­istry of Pub­lic Se­cu­rity, is un­clear. The stan­dard re­tire­ment age of a min­is­te­rial-level of­fi­cial in China is 65.
