Thief cuts ca­bling from en­tire build­ing

Q I A N J I A N G E V E N I N G N E WS Po­lice have ar­rested a thief who stole ca­bling from 15 floors of a res­i­den­tial and com­mer­cial com­plex in Xuzhou. The man, who owns vil­las and houses, has con­fessed and said he com­mit­ted the crime to seek a sense of pres­ence. Em­ploy­ees with the com­mu­nity of­fice said the ca­bles taken were worth a to­tal of about 30,000 yuan ($4,475).
