Avi­a­tion expo to show­case lat­est air­craft de­vel­op­ment

Avi­a­tion Expo China will be held in Bei­jing from Tues­day to Sept 22 with the lat­est air­craft, in­clud­ing the C919, China’s first do­mes­ti­cally-pro­duced large pas­sen­ger plane, and the re­gional jet­liner ARJ21, on dis­play. More than 300 ex­hibitors from 14 coun­tries and re­gions will be tak­ing part. Founded in 1984, the expo was China’s first pro­fes­sional avi­a­tion show. will fo­cus on the en­force­ment of the Cy­ber­se­cu­rity Law, which came into ef­fect on June 1, as well as the pro­tec­tion of per­sonal in­for­ma­tion, an es­pe­cially hot topic af­ter an 18-year-old stu­dent in Shan­dong prov­ince died of a car­diac ar­rest af­ter be­ing cheated out of her tu­ition fees last year. It will run un­til Sept 24.
