Money man­ager probed over graft

Lai Xiaomin, board chair­man of China Huarong As­set Man­age­ment Co, is be­ing in­ves­ti­gated for graft, the coun­try’s top dis­ci­plinary in­spec­tion watch­dog said on Tues­day. Lai was sus­pected of “se­ri­ous vi­o­la­tion of Party dis­ci­plinary rules and law”, ac­cord­ing to the Cen­tral Com­mis­sion for Dis­ci­pline In­spec­tion and the Na­tional Su­per­vi­sory Com­mis­sion.
