Half-yearly sales boost for Audi

The nation accounted for the bulk of sales growth notched up by Audi during the first six months of the year, the German automaker said on Tuesday. In a statement, it said sales from January to June totaled around 949,300 units worldwide, of which 306,590 units were sold to Chinese customers, representi­ng a year-on-year increase of 20.3 percent.
