Tax policy to help trade
The State Administration of Taxation on Thursday released a guideline on collection of import and export taxes, which will be implemented from September 1. The new guideline redefines the standards for evaluating enterprises by changing the A-to-C credit rating system to an A-to-D system in accordance with past tax payment records. Credit assessments will be updated annually, according to the guideline. The new guideline aims to improve the taxation system and management efficiency, as well as promoting the healthy development of foreign trade.
