Mi­gas restau­rant will cel­e­brate the tran­si­tion to au­tumn fare next month with a week of events with guest Span­ish butcher Jose Car­mon. From cur­ing sausages to breaking down a whole hog, Car­mon will share in­sights with lo­cal and am­a­teur chefs at a free 3:30 pm mas­ter class on Sept 28 (reser­va­tions strongly rec­om­mended).
