Migas restaurant will celebrate the transition to autumn fare next month with a week of events with guest Spanish butcher Jose Carmon. From curing sausages to breaking down a whole hog, Carmon will share insights with local and amateur chefs at a free 3:30 pm master class on Sept 28 (reservations strongly recommended).
